Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting A Knebworth Field. As an independent documentary project, every sale directly funds the continuation of this field work. Please review our policy on returns and cancellations below:

1. Fine Art Prints (Made to Order)

• Policy: All photographic prints are custom-made to order via our professional print lab to your exact size and border selections. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind or select the incorrect size.

• Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged in transit or features a printing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please inspect your package upon delivery and email us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days with clear photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the print.

  
  

2. Notecard Packs (Physical Stock)

• Policy: We happily accept returns and exchanges on our notecard packs within 14 days of delivery.

• Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the notecards must be completely unused, undamaged, and strictly in their unopened, original packaging (with any bands or seals intact).

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

  
  

How to Request a Return or Report Damage

To start a return for a notecard pack, or to report a damaged print, please email [Your Email Address] with your Order Number and details of your request. Once your returned notecards are received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery & Turnaround Times

• Custom Printed: To ensure the highest quality and eliminate waste, every print is custom-made to order.

  
  

• Delivery Windows: Please allow up to 14 working days for production and delivery, though orders frequently arrive sooner (often within 5–7 working days).

  
  

• Shipping Cost & Courier: Flat-rate tracked courier delivery within the UK is £12.95

  
  

• Secure Packaging: A4 & A3 prints are shipped completely flat in robust, specialist fine-art packaging. A2 prints are shipped in robust, specialist fine-art packaging tubes. All deliveries are made using premium tracked couriers (such as UPS) to guarantee products arrive in pristine condition. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

• Combined Delivery: Combined delivery rates can be applied to orders that only contain products of the same type. For example, if two different notecard packs are purchased, or two different photographic prints, they will be packed and posted as one parcel and a delivery discount will be applied to the second item. However, if a notecard pack is purchased along with a photographic print, these will both be sent out separately so full price postage will be applied to both products.
